Very friendly staff. We had one of the rooms on the street site, which was very spacious. The room was very clean and the bed was good. Perfect location with station Savignyplatz around the corner and Kurfurstendamm is a only 5 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Berlin again.

Do not trust previous reviews!!!!!! Time for some truth. I do know how this hotel managed to get so good reviews, which it DOES NOT deserve AT ALL! The ONLY positive thing I can remember is the free Wifi, which only works in a small area.
The wall is made of very thin plywood, so you can hear everything happening in the hotel. The room is very small. The sink in the toilet is not much bitter than a cd disk... If one of the guys on upper floors flushes his toilet, it feels like happening right above your head. The old floor in the tiny common area and the corridor makes a very big noise when someone steps on it. The owner started walking around on the noisy old floor at 6 in the morning, and chatted with someone from time to time. I actually felt like lying on a busy urban street, and I had two very bad sleeps. The personnel are helpful and friendly, but the owner is very bad mannered, and should really be better behaved to foreigners. Due to the bad sleeps, I had been suffering from bad headaches for three days!

The location was excellent and the room was basic but very comfortable. It was great value for money and just what we needed for our city break where we spent most of our time out and about.

Location is great, close to many restaurant and to s-bahn station. Room is big and clean. The english speaking staff is friendly.
Bathroom is very very small. Toilet flush did not work properly. Morning is very noisy from the breakfast room, room door is not sound proof at all. Evening staff does not speak English. Cash payment!

It was located on quiet street and close to a train station.
My only minor complaint was having to carry three separate keys (for the building, the pension, and to the room). However, I would gladly sacrifice this to assure safety.

Close to S-Bahn station. Close to many excellent restaurants. Close to Kurfürstendamm for those who like to shop. Nice, cosy, spacious (also vertcally) room with big enough bathroom and lots of space for clothes etc. Very good breakfast. Possiblity to leave our luggage there before check-in and after check-out. Friendly staff. Quiet, safe location.
Check-out already at 10.00 a.m.

The room we stayed in was freshly renovated. It was clean and modern. The bathroom was spotless. The location of the pension is very good, close to many restaurants and the S-bahn Savigny station.
I booked a room for 3 people. It was a room with 2 beds and a sofa. I was expecting 3 beds...Only when I arrived at the location did I realize that this is a pension and not a hotel. The room was nice and clean however I could hear the other clients when they arrived in their rooms. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a man who did not look professional at all. He did explain everything, but only in German (i understand a bit of german but this could be a problem for somebody who does not speak german at all). The parking consists of getting a "zone ticket" to put in your car, but you still need to find a parking spot somewhere on the street. Breakfast OK, but I suggest you spend the money on a brunch in one of the neighboring restaurants.
